Vermont High Level of Excellence GOLD Jamie Proctor-Brassard About the award: The Gold High Level of Excellence Award is awarded to the VPP member based on Image competition performance. Six regular qualifying entries are required to be considered for this award, and a minimum of four entries must score 80 or above. The image may be a portrait, commercial, or pictorial, but must stress the natural beauty of the state of Vermont, its people, or heritage to be eligible. |

| VPP Creative Theme Award - Blue "The Beauty of Croatia" - Sarah McGarghan About the award: This year's creative theme was "Blue". VPP members may enter one image into the creative theme category that is not included in their designated print case of six images. The jurors select the image that best exemplifies and interprets the creative theme. |
